The Board of the community health centre in your town has asked you to provide a report based on your annotations.
Your task is to write a 2000 word research report which outlines the benefits of providing culturally competent care.
Your report should focus on your area of expertise/profession and include information on the historical and political processes which have impacted on the immediate and current health issues of Indigenous people.
You should also discuss what is meant by 'culturally competent care' and how this can have a positive impact on the health outcomes for Indigenous people.
