a) A full wave controlled bridge rectifier is connected to a resistive load. The input voltage has a RMS value of 150V. The load resistance is 10?. If the firing angle α is 30 degrees , determine:
i) The average output load voltage
ii) The RMS output voltage
iii) The average load current
iv) The maximum load current
v) The RMS load current
vi) The power supplied to the load
vii) The power factor

b) In the above circuit a large inductor is connected in series with 10 ? resistor. Repeat the problem for the same firing angle of 30 degrees

c) Find the minimum inductance value needed to get continuous current. Assume the supply frequency is 60Hz.
