Given the current situation in the labour market for skilled labour, discuss the advantages and disadvantages of hiring pre trained (skilled) labour and the training of unskilled labour (either current employees or newly hired persons). If you are hiring skilled personal, explain the information that you may interpret from high levels of education and lower levels of education.
