The arguments that constituted the just war as far as Americans really did not have any conflict or interest in the war its was the Vietnam people. It was the North Vietnam that wanted to spread things to the South Vietnam and the then the French wanted to help the South Vietnam spread communism but then they wanted Americans to help them even through they were already fighting that made it be alot of causalities between them on both sides.
