The analysis should include your interpretation of each relevant IT strategy component. Students are not required to specify all possible components as long as they are adequately analyzing the ones relevant to this case. Identify and explain as many components of the company's IT strategy, operating model, and business strategy as portrayed in the case. Each relevant IT strategy component should be analyzed in one to two paragraphs.
Students should summarize their analysis in a paper format utilizing the IT Strategy Template, which is found in the IT Strategy Template handout. The case and complete assignment details will be provided as part of the final exam process.
