The Environmental Protection Agency has identified four factors (A, B, C, and D), each at two levels, that are significant in their effect on the air pollution level at a photographic film production facility.
The agency also feels that the interaction effects A × C, A × B, and B × C are important. Show an experimental design that can estimate these effects using a minimal number of experiments.
