A patient with a long history of COPD presents complaining or worsening shortness of breath and a sharp pain in her right chest over the last day or two. The patient has had a profound cough for several days, but just attributed it to her smoking - it was the cough and shortness of breath that made her come in. Chest radiograph reveals a 25% pneumothorax on the right side. The AGACNP prepare to
