I feel the changes the ADA made were adequate in protecting and standing up for the rights of those with disabilities mainly through the forum of equal employment. Because, there are many people living with disability whom are capable of maintaining a full time profession and college educated as well, and because of different disability they are overlooked and discriminated against. To know that they have support in employment along with other outlets of society is a motivating benefit to those with disability's and there family's.
