The Academic operations Department at KLMUC has observed how many students performance has dropped due to stress. As the the president of student council, you have been intructed to conduct a research on stress Management among KLMUC students. objectives of the research are:
1) To determine factors associated with stress among KLMUC students.
2) To investigate effects of stress among KLMUC students
3) To study ways of handling stress among KLMUC students.
Prepare a survey for your research consisting of 12 questions.
Divide the survey in 3 sections. Section A for demographics (3 questions),
Section B for behaviour/knowledge /experience (4-5 questions) and Section C for
perceptions (4-5 questions). Use a variety of questions formats open-eneded,
close-eneded, likert-scale, listing/choice, yes/No, ranking, and category.
