Assignment task: Analyze competing e-commerce brands through the lens of the user experience features we have discussed through the first three weeks. Your interest in a product starts at the homepage for the purpose of this assignment. Go through the website user journey, identifying key features the brand has put in place to nurture you through the marketing funnel and get you to their e-commerce platform.

Question 1: In your opinion which website provides the better overall user experience? Use the concepts introduced in lectures 2 and 3 to back up your opinion.

Question 2:  Identify a nurture feature from one of the websites. This can be a prompt to capture your email or a chat function. This can be any activity the brand used to help you get through the purchase funnel. Did you find this effective? Explain your reasoning.

Question 3: Test the brands' website on a mobile device. Focus on the product and e-commerce page. Describe your experience and note if one was better than the other? Were you prompted to download the brands app?

Question 4: Comment on the brands use of photography and fonts. Was one brand more effective than the other? Overall how did the brands website make you feel? Did the website instill trust? 

Question 5: Identify and discuss either the security features or return policy attached to the buying process on the website. Please only speak to one of these. Is this clearly outlined during the purchase process? Did this give you confidence in the brand?
