A researcher conducts an experiment on the IQ of twenty-five randomly selected only children and dinds that their average IQ is 139 give or take 25 points. Test the claim that the IQ of only children is below 150 at a level of significance of 10 percent.

A) Construct the power curve for this test and discuss the distribution of the population.

B) Using the graph what is the probability of a Type II error if th true average IQ is 144? What must I do in order to force this Type II error to be exactly equal to Type I error?

C) Compute an Interval estimate for the true population Mean IQ score. What confidence level would you achieve?
