The Computer Ethics Institute’s Web site at www.cspr.org/program/ethics.htm offers the “Ten Commandments of Computer Ethics” to guide you in ethical computer use. The first two are Thou shalt not use a computer to harm other people. This one is the bedrock for all the others. Thou shalt not interfere with other people’s computer work. This one stems from the first and includes small sins like sending frivolous e-mail and crimes like spreading viruses and electronic stalking. Look up the other eight and give at least two examples of acts that would be in violation of these guidelines.

Your answer must be, typed, double-spaced, Times New Roman font (size 12), one-inch margins on all sides, APA format and also include references.
