Ask the person about their whole work history or current career.
1. Tell me about your work history... some major jobs/what you did, etc.
2. How did you get started din this field/job?
3. Take me through a day at your job?
4. What do you like best about your job? What don't you like?
5. Tell me about your about your best day at work... how about your worst day?
6. Do you face any issues in the work place (stress, discrimination)?
7. Why did you go into this field?
8. How do you balance work with your outside/social life.
9. What do you do outside work?
10. Describe your work ethic?
11. What job would you do if you didn't have this one?
