(Short Answer) Evaluate the following Project Scope Statement:
Team BatHornet will develop a new single-occupant aircraft. This product will be similar to a flying motorcycle and will be developed over the course of 28 weeks. The unit cost of the product will be $8,000. We will sell the each BH-1 vehicle to any consumers who have a pilot's license and a motor cycle driver's license.
Our first deliverable will have be the system requirements description. It will be ready after 3 months. The second deliverable will be the test results. The third deliverable will be a working prototype.
Important milestones include 7 weeks of testing that will start in week 15, first customer review in week 27, and final delivery of the prototype.
