Team B will watch a Video of a Compensation Specialist interviewing the Immediate Supervisor of a position regarding the details of the position.
Using the information provided in the video and in the documents contained in the module the Team will then discuss the details of the position and recommend a position classification standard and provide analysis of their reasoning and of any issues identified.
The Team's task is to generate a position classification recommendation based only upon the information at their disposal.
