Being honest with themselves about where they see they are strong, and where they see they are weak. Determining what the competition is doing. and what they can do to do better than they are. Evaluate how many customers they have compared to the competition, and determine why they are in the position they are in. They should take in consideration as many aspects as they can think of, and determine how they will go about growing the company.
