I just got back from training at headquarters. We learned about the Uniform Guidelines and validity evidence in selection. I was still confused about somethings and I was hoping you would be willing to write up a quick summary for me.
I wanted to know more about content related, construct related, and criterion related validity evidence.
Could you tell me about each of them and how they are different?
I also remember something about unitarian validityand the presenter mentioned Binning and Barrett. Is that related at all?
