Project description:
Using the Udo, Marian, & Uduak Corporation Case Study and your stage 1, 2, and 3 projects, develop a decision paper that serves as a system “sign-over” document for system deployment and transfer of responsibility for the newly designed and implemented system to the IT organization. The paper will describe and demonstrate what business problem was solved by the new system, what business processes were improved, and how the system was designed, developed, and implemented through the SDLC methodology. In addition, develop use cases for human interactions, document user training approach, and identify maintenance activities for the new system. Ensure that the approaches and processes, etc., are applicable to and appropriate for the Udo, Marian, & Uduak Corporation.
