Survey addresses your problem statement

Problem:

I have to determine a business problem I wish to investigate. I would like to investigate how Nike could figure out how to make some of the footwear in America as part of a 'GO GREEN' campaign. Is this something that could work for the company? Examples would be - can they make the shoe that is entirely made out of recycled goods all the way down to the box the shoe comes in. How the shoes will be delivered - could Nike have their own fleet of delivery trucks that are strictly Bio-diesel? Also, the building that all the shoes are being made in is 100% self-sufficient? Everything that is used is recycled or can be recycled.

Survey Paper:

Using the business problem selected in the Week 2 Individual Assignment, develop a problem statement which can be addressed with survey research. Prepare a 10-13-question survey to collect primary data regarding your selected problem statement. Please note that you will not administer this survey as part of this assignment.

Your survey questions should include a mixture of categorical (nominal and ordinal) and quantitative (interval and ratio) variables.

Next, prepare an analysis of your survey. In your analysis, include the following:

1) Explain how the proposed survey addresses your problem statement

2) Determine if your survey questions are appropriate to research your business problem. Explain

3) Identify the level of measurement being used for each of your survey questions

4) Explain what ethical implications must be considered when developing survey questions
