Suppose linear air resistance

A woman bails out of airplane at the altitude of 10,000 ft, falls freely for 20 s, then opens her parachute. How long will it take her to reach the ground? Suppose linear air resistance pv ft/s^2, taking p =.15 without the parachute and p=1.5 with the parachute. I really mostly need to know how to set this up? What are some hints? I know terminal velocity and gravitational acceleration are involved but I don't get how to do it.
