Suppose a 0250-kg ball is thrown at 150ms to a motionless

Suppose a 0.250-kg ball is thrown at 15.0m/s to a motionless person standing on the ice with outstretched arms. He catches it with an outstretched arm.

1. Calculate his final linear velocity, given his mass is 70-kg.

2. Calculate his angular velocity if each arm is 5.00-kg. Treat his arms as uniform rods wich with a length of 0.900 m and the rest of his body as a uniform cylinder of radius 1.80 m. Neglect he effect of the ball on his center of mass so that his center of mass remains in his geometrical center.

3. Compare his initial and final kinetic energies.
