Part I - Oral Presentation (Video)
You will provide an oral presentation that would include the following:
• Your methods for evaluating the organizations, such as the heuristic you developed in Week 1;
• Provide your analysis of any larger financial concerns, use the information in the financial report and creditworthiness report.
• Including one suggestion for each of the organizations on how their financial situation might be improved post-merger.
- e.g., pay-cuts to firings, fundraising, selling off assets, etc.
Whatever seems most appropriate for each organization.
Support your suggestion with a forecast for how the financial situations of each organization might improve should the suggestions be followed.
Your overall job in this presentation is not to convince, persuade or advocate for any one health organization, but to provide detail information on both of your selected health organizations for clarity so that the CEOs would be able to make an informed decision as for how to proceed with the merger of the new UNMHS.
• The presentation must be no longer than 15 minutes in length.
• The presentation slideshow should be in MS PowerPoint format. (Please do not send file in .pdf format)
• All sources must be cited on your presentation slides.
• Format your presentation following AMA guidelines.
