Supply Chain frameworks and organizations are relatively new and continue to evolve. Identify and discuss at least two frameworks and the typical organization structure for each.
For each framework in the discussion, describe the framework, the commonly understood name it is referred to in supply chain circles, its organizational components (functions/cycles), where it has originated from, (industry, academic, research or other) and describe its objective and metrics to evaluate performance.
