"Summative evaluation is more of an iterative process in HPT than it is for ADDIE because HPT's focus is continuous improvement. Finding opportunities to evaluate and adjust can aid to make sure that intervention is more successful than if the solution is developed and implemented with little evaluation along the way" (Andrews, 2013).
Do you think that you could infuse more summative evaluation in the ADDIE model? If so, how would you do that? If not, why do you think so?
