FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ASSIGNMENT
The assignment is designed to test your understanding of financial management and corporate finance and explores a number of areas within the module by applying your learning to real company that is listed under the Main Board of Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange or other Stock Exchanges you are familiar and have access to.
Task 1: The Firm, its Business competitors and its industry Background 250-300 words
Main Body (81% : 3000 to 3400 words)
Task 2: Summary of the Statement of its Financial Position, Statement of Financial Performance, Shareholders equity statement and Operating cash flow statement for the past two years.
Task 3 : Cash conversion cycle and liquidity analysis.
Task 4: Debt and Capital structure analysis.
Task 5: Customer Profitability Analysis.
Task 6: The factors that should be considered by the firm on appropriate level of working capital and long term source of finance on its expansion programme.
Note: You are advised to use appropriate assumptions wherever relevant.
Conclusion and Recommendations
- Highlight key findings, conclusion and recommendations about the relative financial performance and health of the said company, with reference to specific data and critical evaluation done in tasks 1-6.
- Include the limitation of your report, if any.
