Question: This paper is a summary of the assigned article QSEN in an Amazon World and the impact it will have in my own clinical practice. This article reviews the success of Amazon, a leading e-commerce industry, and its business model to utilize its framework and relate it to the QSEN competencies to adapt to this rapidly changing world.
