You need to submit a critique on an article -Randeree, K. (2009). Strategy, Policy and Practice in the Nationalisation of Human Capital: ‘Project Emiratisation', Research and Practice in Human Resource Management, 17(1), 71-91.
In your critique you should include the following:
- Summary of the article as you understand it ( do not copy-paste the abstract)
- Nature of the article (conceptual, descriptive or empirical) - provide the evidence
