Continue to work on your Final Project. Review the information about your selected organization and the analysis you have completed so far. Write paper presenting a plan to guide the organization out of its difficulties. The paper should have the following:
- Summary of aspects of the difficulties the organization is facing that you plan to address.
- Analysis of how leadership can resolve the difficulties, supported by theory.
- Description of actions you recommend for the leadership and how they will work.
The paper should be two pages and in APA style. Write the paper in a Word document.
