Question 1. Explain the law school "tier" or stratification system. Look up a law school, preferably one you would like to attend. What tier is it in? Does the tier make a difference for you in choosing a law school? Why or why not? (If you aren't going to law school, pretend you are.)
Question 2. Now summarize the stratification of the legal profession (one good paragraph on each strata). If you are going to practice, in which strata do you see yourself? Why?
