Competitive Strategy and Strategic Planning Process
In a well-written 3-4 page paper, define the concept of a competitive strategy.
Summarize (more than a listing) each of the main steps in the strategic planning process and explain how total quality management facilitates strategic execution. Include specific examples in your summary and assessment.
Utilize at least three scholarly references to support your writing in addition to the course textbook. The CSU-Global Library is a good place to find these academic sources.
