1. Summarize the research findings about the risk factors for the population selected. Include how lifestyle and behavior decisions influence health specific to this population.
2. Distinguished how culture, diversity, and life change for this population impact health behavior choices in general.
3. Develop a health plan to specifically support/coach for the population at risk. Include all the four general ways of improving health behaviors: stress management, physical exercise, nutrition and pain management. Support the recommendations with references and theories, evidence based practices, and other findings in the research.
4. Recommend a prevention plan, prevention strategies, and treatment plan if the risk factor develop for your chosen population.
