Task
In this course work, the student is required to prepare and write a report of around 2000 words by choosing an accident case study and submit inclusive of the following points.
A) Summarize the accident case highlighting the critical human errors.
B) Investigate the accident and address the human factors involved in the situation.
C) Critically evaluate the reasons and consequences concerned to the case study.
Guidelines:
1. Use Microsoft Word for word processing.
2. Page setup- Use A-4 paper size settings and use 1-inch margins all around.
3. Body text- Body text is Times New Roman 12 point, single-spaced with no paragraph spacing attached before or after. Text is justified. Leave one blank line between paragraphs.
4. The pages should be numbered consecutively, starting with the text page, excluding title page, index/content page.
5. Section heading is should follow Roman number sequence and with Times New Roman 14-point, bold, upper case (capitalize). Section headings or category can be continued from the previous section.
