Suitability of the group incentive schemes:
1. Where it is not possible to measure the performance of each individual worker.
2. Where the number of workers making a group is not very large.
3. Where the workers making a group, possesses the same or equal skills and abilities.
4. Where the aim is to provide incentives to indirect workers.
5. Where the finished product is the result of collective efforts of a group.
