Internal communication in an organization creates a relationship between the business, it's employees and the product/service it provides. Clear internal communication builds these relationships between people, even when those people work in different departments, because it's keeping the flow of communication open. In order to convey a clear message, the one communicating the message needs to know their audience. When dealing with a manufacturing company there are going to be various departs and as such difference audiences. Sometimes having a mix form of communication is the best communication. Presenting the new Adaptive Leadership Toolkit to the group of leaders in a meeting setting with a slide presentation and the opportunity for questions at the end would be most effective. It will allow the message to be presented in several ways, visually, verbally with people actively listening. The message should be received as being important for those success of the business and the future.
It will take a strategy plan that has the ability to stand against any expected or unexpected changes in a company. As the company moves forward to improve its leadership, they'll need to continuously take into consideration their audience. It's important that to be informative all leadership understand what this toolkit is and why it needs to remain a vital piece of the learning and skills process. Staying engaged in the success of process will be key to its sustainability. Also ensuring that when it comes to changes, there are not made lightly, there should be an understanding as to why it isn't working and how to improve it.
