This study will provide a framework for HR leaders and how they respond to external pressures such as compliance standard, legal requirements and industry norms when adopting AI technologies. Trust Theory (Organizational Trust) especially within organizations, examines how trust is maintained, developed or diminishes during the adoption of AI in human resources. Leavitt et al. (2025) emphasized how we build from established work showing that trust is built and maintained largely through establishing one's perceived trustworthiness along three dimensions: ability, benevolence, and integrity.
