Substantial amount of property

Conway just received his contractor’s license in state of Virginia. For years, Conway did light construction work for few commercial accounts. He was extremely successful and had enough clients to keep him busy, with his father and brother, working six days a week. Irregularly, a client would appoint Conway to do a substantial amount of carpentry work for overall business. Conway has purchased a substantial amount of property. He intends to makes an upscale neighbourhood containing houses valued in the $200,000 range. He realizes that he will have to use heavily to construct first few houses. Presently, Conway’s business operates as a sole proprietorship. Must Conway continue to operate his business as sole proprietorship? Should he run his business as a partnership? Discuss why or why not.
