Submit a research paper on List and explain the elements generally included in restorative justice programs. What is your view of these programs? You may interview individuals currently employed or retired from the criminal justice system and use them as a reference. All writing assignments must be original work for this course. The paper must include a title page, reference page, and a minimum of 2-3 full double-spaced pages of meaningful discussion (title page and reference page do not count as part of the 2-3 pages of meaningful discussion). You are expected to write professionally with correct spelling, punctuation, and grammar. Your work should be double-spaced, 12-point Times New Roman font, with 1-inch margins all around.
