Diversity Plan: Create and submit a plan to improve diversity in a sport
You are put in charge of addressing the lack of diversity within a particular professional or college sport team (your choice). Create a short plan outlining how the organization should approach improving diversity. Your plan can be in a paper or presentation format.
To help guide your plan, refer to the Racial and Gender Report Cards to find leagues/teams that scored particularly low for certain categories of staff (e.g., players, front office personnel).
