Primary Analysis:
Compare the proportion of subjects who progressed to active disease while receiving vitamin D adjunct therapy to those receiving standard antibiotic therapy
Secondary Analysis:
Compare the interaction of vitamin D adjunct therapy with HIV/AIDS, tobacco use, & IL-32 gene expression.
