A client, Dominique, comes to your firm looking for some information. The client is in the United States on a visitor’s visa. She does not understand the different agencies that work on processing immigration rights.
Your supervising attorney asks you to draft a letter to Dominique explaining the roles of USCIS, ICE, and CBP and how they work together. Also inform Dominique about any other agencies that help these three agencies fulfill their roles. The attorney will review your work before it is sent out to the client.
