Study the full operations of (Apple Industry) and present the findings in the form of Power Point presentation. How Apple perform their operation such as:
Quality, project management, products design, service design, how they do forecasting and more in operations management.
Graphs and flow chart to explain the process and support the presentation.
Important Notes:
i. Maximum slides: 15
ii. Presentation must have Title, Introduction, conclusion and reference slides.
iii. Limits organizational background to 1-2 slides.
iv. Focus on the quality of material presented, not on slide design and colours.
v. PPT structure can follow the sequence of chapters in the book (Operations Management, William J. Stevenson, Eleventh Edition)
