It starts out by stating, you are given the responsibility fo presenting the results of a yearlong study of a teaching strategy to the school board. Fifty-two students were chosen at random from the school population to participate in the study. Twenty-six students were then randomly chosen to serve as a control group and received traditional instruction in the subject. The other 26 experienced the alternative treatment.
Then it goes on to tell me to prepare a report to the school board. Using the most appropriate statistical test to present the information. (HINT: Consider using a "difference of means" test). Present the information in both a graphic (table, graph, etc.) and a written form (one to two paragraphs). Summarize and make a recommendation based on the results (one to two paragraphs).
