Question: For this project students will design a performance management system. The purpose of the project is to provide students with hands-on experience regarding performance management. Students will utilize their learning in the performance management classroom to design a performance management system incorporating the various components discussed.
Choice of Job and Company
First, choose a job for which the performance management system will be used. Next, do research on companies in which you would find your selected job. After researching companies, choose a company you wish to use as a part of the project. This will help you with the strategic planning portion of your paper. Once you know the job and company you'll be working with, post that information to the appropriate Blackboard discussion . (Branch manager of a large bank) is the job I was given.
