Students will submit 8-10 page paper which is typed, double-spaced and in APA style, with references. The paper should demonstrate students’ ability to integrate knowledge gained during the course from readings, activities and discussions and apply to their own personal and professional development. Utilizing the Sue, Arredondo, & McDavis (1992) article in Week 5, create a plan in accordance with the competencies and standards outlined in the article for increasing your multicultural competence.
