The first time around, STS Theory and its many principles can seem like another set of academic abstractions. Yet in the IT arena and many other fields, STS has become a highly valued set of diagnostic, planning, and implementation tools. An article by Myers and Lamb in your Module 1 Background readings offers some further insights into STS considerations and their organizational use. To proceed:
1. Please share with the class how you personally may have used (or would in the future) one or more of the Myers/Lamb article topics to improve the situation in a work project.
2. This paper is necessarily short and thus incomplete. In this light, do you have a relevant STS-related idea or concept to add...from which all of us might profit?
