My leadership style is lead by example and provide my employee with enough resources to manage themselves. I am very hands off and allow my employees to self manage until they run into issues that need my guidance. I am a leader that will not ask my employees to do something that I would not do or have not done myself.
Please expand on this leadership style and identify the strength and weaknesses of this type of style. Reflect on the leadership styles and describe your own personal leadership style. What do you feel are your strengths and weaknesses as a leader? Has a third party (supervisor, colleague, professor, etc.) ever discussed your strengths and weaknesses with you as they relate to your leadership style and ability? How did you react?
