One of the tools of strategy development is to conduct a S.W.O.T. Analysis. Strengths and Weaknesses are often referred to as Internal Analysis while the Opportunities and Threats are referred to as External Analysis. Is the order in which these analyses are conducted important? If yes, which should come first: external or internal? If no, why not?
