Problem:
Choosing is difficult, imagine that the CEO of a company proclaims "our strategy is crystal clear" we will do XYZ and then the employes see them doing ABC. In the employees eyes it means one or two things the company does not have a strategy, or top management is really confused.
How can management convey to the employees that mangement has a strategy for decisions making.
