Select only strategic planning initiative that has not been completed yet. This will allow you to write using your thoughts, not just re-iterating results described in the annual report. What this means is that you are supposed to select a strategic initiative that is described in the annual report that is going to happen or just started. The idea is to think about and write about the potential impact to the business and financials and why. What is the risk of taking on this strategic initiative and why? If you select a strategic initiative that is four years into the initiative and the company has reported on the outcome, you are not having to think about anything except how you will rewrite the words from the annual report. The goal is to make you think about what could happen and why.)
