Maintain the quality of the research and development.
Steady growth in the innovation process as per the latest technology and needs of the consumers.
These 2 things will help to maintain the quality of the services we offer and at the same time will make us stay ahead of the competition and produce unique products to satisfy the customer requirements.This helps to increase the goodwill of the company or the institution.Innovation helps to upgrade the core competencies of the system. This enhances the productivity of the system.Setting goals( Short-term and Long-term ) and objectives to achieve milestones. We can check the areas which we lack expertise in doing certain things, with the help of innovation we can overcome those barriers. Assessing our performance of the system and performance of the employees and checking their motivation levels.
